Orders are packed by hand and leave us within two working days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Orders sent outside Canada may be charged duties or import taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient.

Each piece is folded in tissue and sent in a recycled card box, with its number recorded on the enclosed card.

Pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, with the number label still attached. Pieces marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Write to us with your order number and we will reply with a return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.

Once a return has arrived and been checked, the refund is made to your original method of payment within five working days. The original shipping cost and the cost of sending the piece back are not refunded.

If you would like a different size, tell us when you write and we will hold it for you while the return is on its way, where one is available.

If a piece arrives damaged or with a fault, write to us within 14 days with a photograph and we will repair it, replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
