Terms of sale

An order is accepted when we send a confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is no longer available or if there is an error in its listing, in which case any payment is returned in full.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed.

Pieces are sent within the time shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Duties and import taxes for orders sent outside Canada are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pieces may be returned unworn, with their number label attached, within the period stated on the Shipping & Returns page. Refunds are made to the original method of payment.

Every piece is made in small numbers and finished by hand, so slight variation in colour, print and measurement is part of the work and not a fault.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that applies where you live. Beyond those rights, our responsibility is limited to the price paid for the piece.
